this is a polite request from me. When you submit a post or start a new topic, can you please only press the button once. I have had to remove a lot of double-posts and duplicate topics recently. I don't know if this is because the site has been slow or unresponsive or something, but every time you click the button, it posts things again.

So please only click the buttons once!
