18 minimum, although you have to be 18 1/2 to be appointed.

There is technically no upper-age limit, although Officers normally retire at 55.

Its supposedly the offical age limit but it can be relaxed if youve been in armed serivces all the usual. As for minimum its 35 years or age 55 for early retirement or 40 years age 60 for normal retirement
