I have voted No , i dont mind the idea of changing them but i have to say that i am against the idea of using police ranks , i have seen it on other sites and personally i think it is very tacky not to mention confusing ( you end up with 14yr olds holding the rank of inspector etc ).

I decided to Null my vote - I couldn't really decide either way.
