HOT FUZZ

Well I just couldn't go by without talking about a classic Cop Movie.

Hot Fuzz was made by the same funny guys who bought us Shaun of the Dead. The story is set around an exceptional police officer, Sgt Nicholas Angel, who is sent to the country due to making everyone else in the Met look bad. The country town turns out to have a lot of 'accidents' and makes London seem quiet.

I find this movie to be absolutely fantastic. The numerous funnies it comes up with around being a copper will make most coppers laugh in agreement. The payouts on the Neighbourhood watch (The greater good) as well as the 'accidents' that happen will keep a smile on your face throughout the movie.

This for me is one of the all time classics and one that I will continue to watch over and over again.

One of the lines in the movie that as a copper I just found so funny yet true:
Sgt ANGEL, "Sir, you can't just make me disappear"
Chief Inspector, "Yeessss I can, I'm the Chief Inspector."

Watched this film loads of times and it seems to get better each time I watch it!

Angel: "Seargeant, little hand says it's time to rock and roll"

Great movie, I'm sure they researched and based all the characters from my place!
