I don't think its that bad when Dominos Pizza were able to get through and make the delivery on time to the Traffic Corps!

A widmirroe could be that thing on the passenger side door that nobody looks in before changing lanes, overtaking or reversing ! It is also used by drunks at night for martial arts (kicking) practice.

Could that dot be an indicator light of some sort? The colour is not right but the camera or the poor natural light could account for that.

They dont come as a standard fitting on horses below a certain height. They can be ordered specially from the manufacturer in a variety of colours before the horse is delivered to the main dealer! Ford Mustang.....?
