| As a police officer in Essex - i deal with youths on near daily basis. a majority dont appear to be 'scared' of the law anymore. They are happy to swear at us, take the mick and if we try to prosecute them the CPS won't have it and the kids end up getting picked up by parents that dont care that they've been involved with the Law.
