Myself and a couple of officers I work with started Juststolen.net .

This is a free service / worldwide and allows the general public to:
1) Record ( serial #'s, frame #'s etc.), insert photos of property and store information in the event that it's lost or stolen.
2) Post property lost or stolen, stolen property posting include where report was filed, phone # and case/ crime #.
3) Allows general public the ability to check the juststolen.net database to see if an item has been reported lost or stolen.

Law Enforcement (All)
Have the ability to email owners of property and view phots.
You may also post property through the member page.
