Discussion i had with my Dad are your uniform jumpers navy or black?

Navy but hardly anybody wears them much only senior ranks who don't wear stabbies

YES!!! In your face Da! He insisted they where black

We don't have woolie pullies any more

Nobody will in a couple of years time I'll be sad to see them so! *tear*

Ours are gone now we go fleeces

Still the upside is we lost the tunic as well

I can imagine they were not practical but they looked bloody smart

I can remember having to do foot patrol in one of them and let me tell you they weren't pleasant to wear.

We just have them for No 1 dress uniform mines upstairs in a suit bag mothballed havnt worn it in ages

We had to wear them everywhere we went in NY last year when I went out there with the job, I was like a boil in a bag meal

Thats a joke. We wear ahirt tie fleece if cold and a high vis

We've just gone to fleeces this year. Very smart and better than jumpers.

I tend to wear a shirt, tie and Hi Viz utillity vest.

I wear what ever the bloody hell i like (well not uniform as i cant be armed and in uniform) but one day it could be collar and tie next day jeans and jumper depends on my mood (and whats clean)
