Yeah, Cultivation of Cannabis is extremely common here. We do at least one or two drug raids on houses and get at least one or two plants per raid. At the start of the year we did a sweep of the national park that surrounds our town and got 192 mature plants.

As for the assault family member, we have just had new legislation passed which introduced new assault laws. The new laws have merged all the assault offences into three catagories. Assault family member has now been included in the new legislation so we no longer have it as a specific offence but have subsections that cover it.

I hope I explained that well enough.

Sorry we recently got powers of random compulsory breath -*test*-('")ing. So we can hold check points and every driver has to give a sample

Now that is one of the better, more sensible laws. ipf/drinking.gif

ipf/iagree.gif Seems like a very sensible law.

We've had random breath -*test*-('")ing for years and yest it is very good.

Back onto the topic ipf/backontopic.gif

Most common offences for me is Possessing Drugs, Public Nuisance (disorderly, violent manner, insulting, threatening etc etc) and Assault/Obstruct Police.

Quite a lot of assault/obstruct police unfortunately

But then again we get 24 hours to detain and question somebody without charge, which, if I'm correct is four times what the Scots get tongue.gif
