| A blue BMW sports car on the North Circular Road, nothing remarkable about that but standing on the rear parcel shelf was a large white parrot or cockatoo , who the driver was feeding when he kept turning around, obviously not wearing any safety restraining device with what looked like cheese puffs. The bird strolled along the parcel shelf , kept stopping eating it's cheese puff then kept raising it's wing , seemingly waving at us motorists. I was then distracted by the back windscreen wiper because of the illuminated blue LED's attached to them. |
