No it doesnt. This is a bit long winded but I have spent a lot of time and money on my car.It is a show car for a company. I awoke in the morning and walked to my car,got in and reversed back and pulled away to hear these strange noises coming from it.I pulled over got out and walked around the back to find my rear bumper missing.Aftet seeing that I found my fogs had been taken,they had left a big mark where they had tried to pop my window on the rubbing strips.
In my boot I had a pro ICE install. I had 2 subs,2 amps,all boxed and carpeted.A capacitor,specially made BMW logo perspex window,neons to light the install up,10 disc CD changer,all my CD's 6x9 speakers,and a BMW 1st aid kit.
Well as I opened the boot,it had all gone.
Apparantly in Kent that night BMW's were targeted and over 10 were hit.

I couldnt park my car outside the night it happened and was across the road and around the corner.Apparantly a lady living near my car heard the alarm going off but thought it was a car driving past it.

My question was going to be,what would I get charged with if I had 240 volts linked to it and they tried again and ended up with a nice shock.

If your motor is that rigged up maybe look into cctv , theres no prison time attached to the use of that

lol no I was just very angry hence why I said I had calmed down.I wouldnt do it but I cant use CCTV as my cars never really parked in the same place twice.Just sickening that someone can do that and get away with it.

I was torn between going down the route of Police Force or Medical. Always had my heart set on becoming a paramedic so hopefuly thats where I will end up.

What you would be charged with depends on the outcome really could be anything from reckless endangerment thru to Murder

Either way chances are you would end up making mailbags

Oh and i meant cctv in the car not covering it

Well as its volts, I don't think there'd b a charge of murder or attempted murder ... you can send as many volts as you like through somebody and it wont kill them! (Sorry! I'm a science teacher so it's in my nature!)

I'm certainly not going to ban you for saying it - I'd be just the same if somebody had just nicked thousands £££ worth of gear ...

And with this new £35,000 salary paramedics are getting (they deserve it, I suppose) I've decided I want to be one aswell!

Technically I'd train for technition first then progress onto a Paramedic.
