Hi all, I have had given to me a Volvo V70 police car model and i'm trying to find out which country it's from. The only markings it has is the word POLIS on the bonnet, a blue line around the car, and a crest on the back door of the car. The steering wheel is also on the left. There is also a number: 9 0139 on the rear of the car and on the front above the wheel.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks, James.
How about a photo of it, that might help.

I'll post one later, forgot about it last night.
Yea, that's the one, thanks
Any pic of the model? I'm a bit of a police vehicle model collector you see. It's definitely Swedish too!

Here is the Swedish Volvo V70:

Here is the German Volkswagen Transporter:

Sorry about the quality of the photos, a bit blurry.
An old sergeant of mine was a mega collector, he showed me a good site for model cars. I will have to try and find it.
Nice models!
Have a look at my little collection. I got one of these about 3 years ago and was happy... Then ebay came along and of course I did a search out of curiosity, and this is the result!
That's a nice collection you have, which force are the British cars from?
Yeah a nice collection I see the ebay bug bit you anyway what country are the ones on the left (with the pink stripes on) from?
They're from the Netherlands, I think...
All the UK cars are Hertfordshire. An ARV, Traffic car, and the Focus is a dog unit.
The ones on the left are indeed Dutch.
I've only one more to get to finish the job, a Geneve V70... Then of course my next real Volvo (I like my Volvos).
