Can you all through a Pic. of this so called 'Stinger Hollow tip device' up I'm developing a picture in my head I just don't see it.
Ah, we don't use those. We use Stop Sticks. Have a set in the truck of my car out in the parking lot. Haven't got to use them yet. Ours look a lot easier to deploy than the ones in that picture. Just drag it across the road.

From what I have seen, stopsticks are far easier to use and more versatile. If you get it wrong with stinger then you can easily be dragged along the road or worse get spiked with them.

Yeah, as I've seen, other than the possibility of getting hit by the pursued vehicle, they are very safe to use. The spikes stay contained in the strip.
