Always admired those Aus cars, by the way, does the fact that it's a red colour mean anything? 'cos in the UK that would mean it was a car belonging to the a specialist branch (Diplomatic Protection)

Kind of. At first it was just that they were Highway Patrol cars belonging to State Traffic Support Group (man we love our long titles!! ). However word on the grape vine is that all of our traffic branch cars will now be this colour to make them stand out more.

Pity there not called State Traffic Department imagine the abbreviation
